About
There is a wonderful recreational area to be found on the west side of Lac du Flambeau. The campground on the Wabasso Lake Recreation Area has fire grills and picnic tables. There are drinking water and toilets at the boat landing. It is approximately one mile west of Lac du Flambeau and is perfect for primitive camping. The outstanding panfish population makes Wabasso Lake good for canoeing and fishing. There are a number of things to do at the Wabasso Lake Recreation Area, which is situated approximately 5 minutes west of Lac du Flambeau. The Wabasso Lake Recreation Area is pet friendly.
