About
The peaks of the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness are located in the northeast part of the forest. The area has an abundance of solitude and isolation, but it's best avoided during hunting seasons. The junction with County Road 20 is a mile from US Highway 7. The junction with Forest Road 45 is close. You can get to the boundary by following Forest Road 45 for 4 miles.
