It is approximately 13 miles from East Glacier. The sites are on a first-come, first-served basis. The shaded sites at the campground offer some privacy from other campers. Two Medicine has boat tours and Red Bus tours. There are many hiking opportunities, including a trail that is handicap accessible. The campground is open in late September for primitive camping with no running water or flush toilets. There is a campstore on the shore. Two Medicine has boat tours and Red Bus tours. The North Shore Trail is directly from the campground.
