The Toe River campground is owned by the county. We are a family oriented campground with full hook up, water and electric. We are located on the beautiful South Toe River, which is approximately 10 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mitchell State Park is paraphrased. The entire property has a internet connection. Toe River Campground is a family oriented, alcohol free campground. The camping season in the county runs from April to October.
