Only 10 minutes to Downtown Franklin Main Street with shopping, brewery’s, and Dining. The property is on 11 acres and across the street from national forest. There is ample yard space to play yard games, and 7 acres of forest right behind the tiny house to explore. inside was really a labor of love. there are lots of different wood species, from the brazilian walnut hardwood flooring to the locally harvested red oak stairs and trims. When designing the house we put a lot of thought into every detail as to not make the space feel too small, a tiny house with a not so tiny feel.
