New 7 Full Service RV Sites designed for overnight stays. Stays can extend to up to 7 days only. $35 Weekend nights (Friday-Sunday) $30 Weeknight Rate (Monday -Thursday) Opened on March 1, 2023. The Bass Pond was so named by our son and his friends as a place to gather during his high school and college days. So, it stuck! Although there is no real pond as yet, one is in the plans, We are a clean & quiet park with hookups for 50-amp electric service, well water, septic and covered garbage cans. Lot rent includes all utilities and groundskeeping. Easy Entry & Exit. \*Pets are welcome up to 40 lbs., on a 6' leash. Please pick up and dispose of your pet's poop properly in a doggie bag in the garbage can. There is a big grassy area that you pet can be walked on the leash. Please stay on campground property only. This is a rural farming community, and landowners are protective of their fields & livestock. There are large grassy areas on either side of Jarrett Lane where pets can also be walked, or even up the gravel lane to the County Road. \*Please refrain from walking around in the dark without a light. it is a rural area without streetlights, and very dark most nights. Although the area is quiet and very safe, wild animals such as raccoons, opossums, skunks, deer, etc. may be out at night. just an FYI. Upgrades for ambient lighting are in future plans. \*All guests must register with their Pictured ID and car license plate . \*Please depart your Site at the checkout time of 12 noon. Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 12 AM. Sometimes we can allow early check-in or late departure for a small fee. However, we need this time to prepare the site for the arrival of the next campers. \*Speed Limit Is 5 MPH (strictly enforced). Anyone violating the speed limit will be asked to leave the campground without a refund. • Parking in vacant campsites is prohibited at any time. • Tent camping is prohibited at all times. • No washing cars or campers/RV. • No small blow up/children's pools are allowed to be used at site • SEWER DONUT - Sewer donut or elbow is highly suggested. • Drive carefully and watch for children. • One car per campsite. • Absolutely no public display of alcohol. • Campfires - Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. You are able to have a fire at your site if you have a self-contained off the ground fire pit. • Please do not move picnic tables. • Quiet Time: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • NO fireworks or firearms permitted. • Golf Carts - must be a licensed driver to operate and must have lights to operate after dark. 5MPH speed limit enforced. • Check-Out: Please text and let us know your campsite number and give us a chance to say "Good-bye. " • Do not leave kids unattended on the grounds. Parent/guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children. • Rugs are permitted on the gravel • Trash must be properly disposed of in the covered galvanized cans provided. Garbage pick-up is on Mondays. Please dispose of excess garbage in green rolling garbage container at campsite entrance. • Laundry - outside washing and drying of clothes is strictly prohibited. • Sites - Be courteous and do not ride or walk through other guest's campsites; do not drive through empty campsites, stay on designated roads to enter and exit. • Reservations are highly. recommended. • Non-reserved sites are first come, first served. • LP gas is not available at the campground.
