Tentrr State Park Site - Mississippi Clarkco State Park - Woodland B - Double Camp

Just off Hwy 45, 30 miles south of Meridian, Clarko State park is situated on 815 acres of gently rolling woodlands. Campers can participate in many outdoor activities including boating, fishing, and hiking. Explore the 5-mile nature trail and enjoy Ivy Lake, a beautiful body 65-acre body of clear blue water that is a perfect destination for paddlers and anglers. There is a boat launch and Ivy Lake offers good fishing year-round. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. Clarkco also features a 9-hole disc golf course and swimming beach. This well-maintained park also has a 4.5 star, "Excellent" rating on Trip Advisor. Woodland B, as the name implies, is a wooded campsite with partial shade. It is located approximately 1 mile from the park entrance This is a double campsite which is great for families, two couples or a group of friends as it can accommodate up to 12 campers. There are two safari platform tents, each with a queen bed and 2 pop-up tents which can accommodate up to 8 additional campers. Picnic tables, 2 firepits and four Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities. The Space: Ready-to-go camping in a convenient yet unspoiled location just 20 miles from Meridian, MS. Other Things to Note: - Pack your own food, water, firewood, bedding, bug spray and flashlights - There is no electricity, AC, or heater at your Tentrr site, pack accordingly - Anything you pack in, you must pack out. This is "leave no trace" camping and all sites will be inspected for cleanliness and damages before the next camper - All trash MUST be deposited in the designated trash receptacle that is labeled on the map.Please notes : If you do not follow this rule, you will be charged a cleaning fee of at least $50 - Pets are allowed. Please keep all pets on leashes(we recommend 6 ft), and DO NOT let your pets near or swim in any bodies of water. - Please remember to respect and keep your distance from our wildlife in the park.
