Cross over the bridge into a cozy little realm of dreams, filled with comforts, hidden away yet minutes to Saratoga, Glens Falls, Lake George, Cossayuna Lake and a myriad of activities. Snuggled in the woods, it's a nice mix of forest and field. Campsite is huge, lots of extras included. No cooler? Check our Chill Out package. Basically, just bring a toothbrush and food! Is there anything else can we do for you? Just ask. ___ Your site is tucked in the woods. A few feet away, we've mowed an expansive paradise for basking, play or additional tenting. Enjoy the cute two-person swing and let all the stress flow out into the fresh air. Swing under a vast expanse of stars. The stargazing and bird watching are amazing here. We have a dish/handwashing station... SO convenient. If you need more water, just ask! Drive right up, after a sweet little ramble through pristine, wildflower-adorned or freshly mowed fields, depending on when the summer haying happens. You might get to see it happen! At The Magic Glamp, we've built a deck on either side. To the left, you have a Covered kitchen deck. To the right and a few feet away, another deck for guests' tents or sunbathing. The Queen bed is ready for the best snooze you've had in forever. A 3-person tent is also included for extra campers. *Basic linens, soap, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and more is included.* The bed will already be made with clean cotton sheets. If you would like to have it otherwise, let us know. Water and firewood are provided to use or leave. Village shopping just 14 minutes away. There's a fire pit, grate, and covered picnic table "kitchen" you will enjoy, whatever the weather (See pics). Got a dog? Up to two dogs are welcome on leash, and there is a small doggy shade/shelter set up near the field campfire site to keep them included. Use of scooper is free with campsite, waste goes into the can provided to keep our land healthy and beautiful. We have a crate available for use in the tent (check Extras). There's a $50 cleaning fee for dog refuse left behind upon checkout. ___ **Linens included with stay: 2 Pillows w cases, top and bottom sheet (white cotton June-August, jersey or flannel fabric September-May), warm blanket, a throw, two large towels, two hand towels, two washcloths, and probably more. Leave them in the bin when done. All linens are laundered high-temp with allergen-free detergent between each guest.** Traveling by train? We're 15 minutes from the Fort Edward train station. TAKE THE TRAIN from downstate or further. We can pick you up, take you to the store and drop you off at the station after, see Extras. ___ In the snowy months, to make a reservation, just message us. You will need a snowmobile or energy for a short snowy hike (we'll help you carry stuff!) to access the site, and then 20 acres to yourself! Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided (you___re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. What you should bring: -S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat -A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling -Bedding and pillows -Lanterns and lighting -Firewood for the campfire -Water Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set! Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry! Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. Interaction with Guests: Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found.
