The tent is nestled on the border of our property with easy access to the miles of trails through the bordering conservatory. Our property has 600ft of pond frontage and 3 acres of woods surrounding a historic home built late 1700s. There are no immediate neighbors to the property. There are multiple beautiful beaches minutes away along with Popham State Park. Views of lighthouses from the property and from the beaches. The historic town is about 10 minutes away and very charming. There is a local ,raker down the road for all essentials. A quintessential maine fisherman’s town and an adventures dream location. Amenities include a queen bed, covered couch, outdoor seating and dining and a fire pit for atmosphere or cooking. There is a gas grill and percolator or pour over coffee. Essential cooking supplies provided. There is a large cooler upon request as well. There is a compostable potty outhouse, access to cold water and electricity, fans and heaters. There are towels and extra bedding, essential toiletries and cleaning supplies. There is access to a full guest bath with semi private access in Maine house upon request.
