About
This property is unimproved and unmaintained raw natural land. The entire property is surrounded by a drainage ditch on all sides, with random drainage ditches and a 60’ x 60’ basin to ensure the land is dry (see satellite photo to know where the ditches are located). There is plenty of seasoned raw wood (from when the property was cleared 3 years ago) laying randomly throughout the property to cut and collect for a camp fire. The land is located off a dirt access road that is well maintained by the county. The county dirt road can provide for hours of peaceful riding via mountain bikes. Campers are more then welcome to cut their own path on the land for their campsite. There is a fire pit by the large tree when first entering the property. Note: This raw land is unmaintained and was last cleared 3 years ago.
