Sundew campground is located in the northern Sierra Mountains on the Plumas National Forest. The area of the lake offers a wide range of activities. Recreationbucks Lake has fishing, boating, and canoeing. There are walking trails. The Pacific Crest Trail runs adjacent to the campground and there is a hiking trail from the campground. There are 20 campsites that are suitable for RV and tent camping. There are vault toilets and drinking water. Sundew is located in fir and pine trees that offer shade during the warm summer months. The campground is located at a elevation of 5,500 feet.
