The photo was of a shady site. The campground is located in the middle of a cedar grove and next to Granite Falls. The picnic areas are only open for a short time. The site has no developed water systems and has a Pack It In, Pack It Out policy. It's important that fires are out when unattended or leaving. Water can be used to extinguish fires. Burn wood, paper, and charcoal. Burning your garbage is not good for you.
