Located in the great wooded area of the Snowline development, this rustic 2-story family cabin features 3-bedrooms and a 1/2 bath along with a separate shower area. The exterior includes a large deck with a gas grill at the front of the cabin, and a large porch at the back of the cabin. The interior floor plan features one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a laundry nook with a full size washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living/dining area featuring an electric fireplace . The second floor features two bedrooms each with 1-full sized bed. This monitored pet-friendly family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
