Your family will be delighted by this newly restyled 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury vacation home. From the opulent master bathroom, to the high-end fixtures, to the fresh and modern color palate, you're in for great lasting memories of a vacation well spent! The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one full bathroom. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub, and an outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly family vacation home will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available in our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round! In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
