The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals the master bedroom that features 1-queen sized bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes…in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ…all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder! The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!
