This is a primitive site that is the main way to get to the Crystal Lake Trail. The Crystal Lake Trail is a high-elevation trail that provides access to Crystal Lake. It is not suitable for riding a bike or riding a horse. There is a primitive camping area at the lake. The access road is steep and narrow. There are three camping sites at the trailhead with fire rings, picnic tables and a vault toilet.
