About
The platform tower was built in 1917 and refurbished in 1952, just northeast of Pierce, Idaho. The forest service used the lookout on an emergency basis into the 70s. The Scurvy Lookout has a woodstove, a lantern, and two places to stay. It is currently being looked at as a rental. It is reached by hiking or riding an ATV.
