The lot straddles the Saw Grass Dunes marsh front community. It has a Sandy flat landscape with large view. It is really private and nice. You cancamp in the large area of sand useable land. You'll be amazed at how easy to get and use it is. It is painless to drive right in because of its Private Cul-de-sac. They have great views of the Shallotte River. A few minutes from ICW boat ramp, you can drive to this beach. A short drive to Downtown Shallotte is what it's perfect for. It was an awesome location. I agree with the author that there is neither utilities nor hookups. This Private spot will be of great interest to you.
