About

The Hebgen Lake Ranger District has very limited camping. Most of the camping is restricted to fee campgrounds. There are many sites on the West Shore of Hebgen Lake. They are a good option for tents, vans, and trucks. We don't recommend these sites for large trailers and RV's due to rough roads and lack of turn arounds. It's not legal to camp in a day use area. This includes a large area around the lake. You can find more information at the Hebgen Lake Ranger Station.
