The valley of the park is deep and narrow and surrounded by rugged terrain. It is more enjoyable for avid anglers to try and catch trout in the scenic setting. A nature center, a swimming pool, hiking trails, picnic tables, and a nature pool are included in the park. There are basic, electric and sewer/electric/water sites at the campground. People can choose to stay in a modern room or a rustic cabin. There is a full service restaurant at the center.
