**Tucked away in the Chattahoochee National Forest, River Campground is a popular camping destination that will provide you with a truly memorable camping experience. We are conveniently located off of Highway 441 in the Historic town of Lakemont, Georgia. River Campground is close to many area attractions such as rafting the Chattooga River, hiking trails for all levels, boating and beach areas of Lakes Tallulah, Rabun and Burton, Shopping and Dining, and much more. We offer lodging options for everyone, including RV sites, tent sites, Rustic Chalets, and a River Cabin. We have 2 bathhouses and sell firewood on site. **
