Piney Campground has an electric, water, and sewer facility, as well as well as well-defined lake front and wooded sites. Large motor homes and campers are not uncommon at most sites. There are modern facilities for campers, including a swimming beach area, archery range, ball field, bike trails, campfire theater, hiking trails, and a fishing pier. Piney has cabins for nightly rentals. The summer season offers daily recreation for all ages. Piney holds its popular Camper's Fair in September where there is a flea market and dealer showcase of new recreational vehicles. It's open to the public on the weekend.
