The small Village Campground on North Manitou Island has eight designated campsites and two fire rings. There is a limit of two tents and four people. The wilderness area and the community fire rings are not open to the public. There are camping regulations on North Manitou Island. Before camping, a permit and fee must be paid. There are permits available on the island. The groups are limited to 10 people.
