About

The campground is located at the junction of the Blue Mountain and Elkhorn Scenic Byways. It has 20 campsites, 3 accessible toilet facilities, and stock handling facilities. Please pack your garbage home because there is no water or garbage service. The campground is the eastern access point to the North Fork John Day Wilderness. The area has hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and photography opportunities. You can see salmon spawning in the spring and fall. The Ukiah-Granite Geology tour brochure can be found at the camp hosts or the Ranger District.
