The campsites are spread out for over a mile from Buck Creek road up to the North Fork Catherine Creek Trailhead. In the summer months, the campsite is a popular place to escape the heat, enjoy the sounds of the stream, and take a short hike along the creek. The North Fork Catherine Creek Group Campground is located nearby.
