We grow and sell a variety of mushrooms, including Shiitake, Lions Mane, Oyster, and Chestnut. Mushrooms have health benefits. We are a sustainable lifestyle philosophy is what we are. We have chickens that are free-range that provide delicious and healthy eggs for sale. Our animal family includes horses and mini donkeys, lovable dogs, and a cat named Cassie that is in charge of everything. She is involved in the local horse community. Mark is a retired corporate worker who is active in soccer in three states. The area of Western North Carolina is home to many native and migratory birds, so if you are a bird watcher this is the place for you.
