About

Blue bend is situated on STATE Route 16 in Alvon. The area is popular for various sports and activities. The trails were constructed by the Civilian Combat Corps. The creek trail passes through a valley filled with trees. According to paraphrasing, the Blue Bend loop trail has a trail shelter that can be used overnight. The south trail starts at the ford of Anthony Creek and goes down into the forest. The visitor may visit the river- bottom site by looking over the plaques along the route.
