Located close to the Fish Hatchery, theMarion Forks campground is a great place for travelers to relax. It's easy to stroll along the creek in a quarter mile and learn about spring chink salmon. The trail to Independence Rock is on the Forest Service Road 2255. You can go to the Mount by taking the trail from the road further up to the end. "Jefferson Wilderness," it was said.
