The Marina Village Park is a manufactured housing and RV community that is located next to the fishing piers. Our community amenities include a community center, a swimming pool, laundromat, and bathhouses. We provide access to a private bay that our residents say is the best fishing around. The water is beautiful and the fishing is great. There are some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. We are only a few minutes from both Padre Island National Seashore and Mustang Island State Park. You have come to the right place if you are looking for a vacation spot or want to make Marina Village your home.
