Outside pergola, brand new grill and pool (seasonal use only) 1 full size bed, 1 loft mattress small for a teen, and sleeper foldout chair. Camping flushable toilet, pneumatic sink, fast wifi, free streaming TV, air / heat and everything of a small apartment to include linens, utensils, plates, microwave, frig. The niche is we are a small homesteading farm and all of our animals are very friendly and petting friendly. We do pony rides. Breakfast arrangements can be made. Ask about our extras that are all separate charges from nightly stay.
