Lower Hondo Campground. USDA Forest Service Photo.One of the four small campgrounds on Highway 150 en route to Taos Ski Valley. The campground provides immediate access to fishing on the Rio Hondo and is near hiking trails in the Columbine-Hondo and Wheeler Peak wilderness areas.
