Visitors can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities at the Long Pool Recreation Area. Big Piney is a national designated scenic and recreational river. The recent addition of another camping loop has 20 camping sites with water and electrical hook-ups. This camping loop is open all year. The Long Pool Recreation Area is located in the Piney Creeks Wildlife Management Area, which provides hunting opportunities for many types of game. The rules for campgrounds and day use areas.
