About
We have 33 acres of raw land with a 1000 foot water frontage to enjoy! Camping down on the water or up on the loop that’s been carved out for more privacy, whichever you prefer!
Our land is on the reservoir, so it’s quiet, perfect for paddling, fishing, and smaller Jon boats!
We love the view as sunrise crests over the water!!
About a mile from the island creek boat dock for larger boats and access to Kerr Lake.
Bring your RV to boondock and dump on your way out! Dumpsite newly installed!!
