About
There are designated areas for tubing and snow play at the Fields Spring, Lake Wenatchee, Hyak, Rose Springs, and Oldman Pass Sno-Parks. In state parks that are open in the winter, tubing and general snow play are allowed. Snowmobile and non-motorized sport trails should be avoided by snow players. Ice skating is not available in most places. The lakes in Washington do not freeze hard enough to allow safe skating.
