Kentucky River Campground

Kentucky River Campground was established in 1973. We are located right on the beautiful Kentucky River just minutes from our state's historic capital city and is situated along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. For over 40 years friends and families have come together for relaxation, good food and great fun. Throughout the summer we offer a full schedule of activities for children and adults alike. From Memorial Day through Halloween we are always celebrating life on the river. In addition to the great American traditional holidays we have a few of our own. Campsites for our annual Rock Bar Party and many other events fill up fast so call early to join in on the fun at KRC where our motto is: "Relax!...you're on river time now." We offer many great amenities including: On-site 24-hour laundry facilities All sites have full hookups sewer, electric, and water Children's playground area Year-round heated/air-conditioned restrooms/showers for our guests Full-time maintenance crew On-site propane service Indoor pavilion with big screen TV, refrigerator, and stove always open (unless reserved) A camp store that is open during all office hours Loads of river frontage for all your fishing, kayaking, boating, and swimming!!
