About

Jones Island Marine State park is a camping park with a saltwater shoreline. The park has a beautiful loop trail that goes down the center of the island. A herd of deer live on the island. The deer are tame and have become habituated to the presence of humans. The sites are part of the Cascadia Marine Trail and are only available to those on wind- or human-powered watercraft. Drinking water is available through September. The park has composting toilets. There is no garbage service in the park. Visitors must pack their things in.
