It is located at an elevation of 7,000 feet. The area has aspen and pine in the hillsides. There are many sites that give nice views of the reservoir. There are campsites for people of all genders at the campground. Water and vault toilets are provided. There are paved streets. Someone said there was a boat ramp at the campground. Fish for rainbow trout and trophy splake at the lake. Visitors enjoy a range of activities, such as kayaking, fishing and canoeing. There are over 350 miles of trails that are suitable for all types of riding.
