The oldest state park in Wisconsin is Interstate. The park is located along the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway and has a scenic view of the river and gorge. The Ice Age Interpretive Center is located along the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway and features a film, photographs, murals and information about Wisconsin's glacial history. The western end of the Ice Age Trail is found within the park. The Ice Age Interpretive Center has a film, photographs, murals and information about the great glaciers. There are over 80 family campsites, 2 group sites, several picnic shelters and an amphitheater.
