It is a great place to go for a day trip or weekend away. If the lake level stays constant, you can play here year-round. The activities at Inks Lake include a backpack, a geocache, and a picnic. There are 9 miles of hiking trails. The group picnic pavilion is rented at family reunions. You can fish on the water. A large no-wake zone has been set aside. There are camping loops. Youth groups can use the area.
