About
The campground is surrounded by a stand of Douglas-fir. The springs for which the camp was named were near a 500' round trip loop trail. The historic Oregon Central Military Wagon Road and the role of the Bull trout are explained in interpretive signs. It is possible to access the Middle Fork Trail from Forest Road 21.
