Independence Lakes Campground

There is a campground at Independence Lake where you do not have to make reservations. There are 5 sites. It is possible for this area for most of the year, usually between July and October. The sites are easy to navigate. The campground has grills, toilets, and livestock facilities. Trash and drinking water are not available. The Independence Lakes Trail is close to the lake. Non-motorized travel is authorized. The first mile is rough, but the rest of the road is moderate and leads to the first lake. It can be accessed by passenger car, with fish and types of fishing available.
