About
The Horsehead Lake has a number of amenities and services to keep its visitors happy. It has developed camping facilities and is open except for a playground, which are fully accessible. The campgrounds and boat launches that the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission provides is a good one to check out since it is primitive. Visitors are reminded to operate small motor or outboard boats or troll boats as a no wake limitation limits their activity on the lake. It stated the campground and area rules.
