About
It's located in a beautiful steep canyon along Holy Ghost Creek and is 16 miles north of Pecos. The uses are camping, picnicking, fishing and hiking. There are vaulted toilets, water, trash bins, tables and grills. It doesn't include hook-ups or showers. Horse trailers are not allowed at Terrero. It was stated that picnickers had to pay a fee. Users are encouraged to discard trash. You can find more information about outdoor ethics at www.lnt.org.
