TheHerb Martyr is a birdwatching and hiking area in Cave Creek Canyon. South Fork has many unusual and rare creatures to encounter. There are hundreds of species of birds in the Chiricahua Mountains. Apache fox squirrel, coatimundis and white-tailed deer are some of the birds that are frequently seen here. The scenery is great in this area.
