If you need to, you can request it on a first-come, first-served basis. There are four spots on the south side of Veteran's and one spot on the southeast corner. Both spots are within a couple of minutes of the Veterans' Memorial Park and the swimming pool. Pay by credit card, check, signature, or money order, with a pencil, and deposited in a box at either location.
