The beautiful river view and the ability to fish, kayaking, and other recreational activities make this a worthwhile place to visit. The area is a private area but it is close to several restaurants. It's a short distance from Coney Island to RiverBend Music Center, Bell Terra Casino, California Golf Course and many other places. It is a small river village next to city accessibility.
