About
Devoted camping is a type of outdoor activity located in the Lincoln National Forest. The USFS lands are a good place to go to go to camp or park off of the forest service roads. Not camping can occur on private property and in city or village limits. The Motor Vehicle Use Maps shows a listing of road types that are allowed for camping and detail on which district can be visited. The map at the District offices is free. No permits are needed for camping outside when it's dispersed, while no cost is associated with it. Pack the things you need and bring water if you need it. There should be leave- no trace principles for camping in the forest.
