Here\`s a pet-friendly, home-style 2-bedroom, 2-bath, one story ranch style family vacation home featuring a covered front porch with a gas grill for those relaxing moments. It has all the comforts of home to make your stay cozy. Walk in to a spacious living room with stone gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor. The open kitchen and dining area easily accommodates up to 4-persons. Two bedrooms; each with 1-queen sized bed make up the floor plan, with the master bedroom having a private bathroom en-suite and a door opening up to the back porch and private hot tub. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
