This is correct, there are at least three designated areas that you can use when you aren't driving in the main parking area. You can drive through all of the designated sites if you want. portable toilet are located close but the area is unfurnished and there's no running water. During long weekends, or also during concerts held there, there is definitely an increase in activity.
