The picnic area and the boat ramp are not connected to the campground. Motor- propelled water craft that are powered by internal or external engines aren't allowed on the lake. The campground has pull-though and back-in sites. The campground has horse trailer parking and corrals. The area has several trails for hiking and biking. There are no trails for motorized vehicles at this campground. It is managed by the Ranger District. The Ranger Station is in Steamboat Springs.
